Midgard Zombies: symbols, lines and respins explained

Line wins and paytable odds

A line pays when three to five identical symbols land on neighbouring reels, running from left to right, and wins from different paylines are added up. The Wild may turn up on any reel and fills in for a missing symbol so that a winning combination is complete.

Paytable odds rise with each extra matching symbol. A symbol that pays 2 for three of a kind, for example, pays 6 for four and 30 for five, while one paying 0.6 for three pays 1.8 for four and 9 for five.

Scatter and free spins

Scatters appear on reels 1, 3 and 5 only. Three of them in the main game start 8 free spins with an x3 multiplier, and whatever a Scatter wins is added to the payline wins. While free spins run, just seven symbols can show on the reels: the Wild, the Scatter, the gold coin, a flask holding an eye and three heads with horns. A respin round can also be triggered during free spins.

The coin respin round

Six gold coins or more start the respin round. Coins can drop onto any reel in the main game, during free spins and inside the round, though their value counts only in the round itself. Three respins are given at the start, each new coin puts the counter back to three, and the round goes on until no respins remain or 15 coins have been gathered.

When the round ends, the values of all coins are summed and paid out. The Mystery symbol belongs to this round alone: it is revealed once the round is over and turns into a MINI, MINOR or MAJOR.

Stake, PLAY and Turbo
