Dice: the stake first, then the roll

The higher total wins the game, while identical totals leave nobody ahead and the money staked goes back to you.
Scoring and payouts
Once both sides have rolled, the game goes to you if your points total is higher than the opponent's. The three rows below are sample finishes, each of them a win, shown with the payout it brings.

A one-point edge pays as much as a nine-point one, because the game's win coefficient is fixed at 2 and does not grow with the margin. The last row shows the other possible finish: matching totals end in a draw, with the stake returned.
What the screen shows
From the bottom up: the control panel is built around Play, the red button in its middle, marked with a triangle. Over the panel, and just below the dice, MIN, X2, X/2 and MAX curve in an arc, the outer two set a little lower than X2 and X/2. Right at the top hangs a sign telling you to press Play to begin, and an “i” button occupies the top-left corner beside it.
Dice next to Under and Over 7 and Dominoes
Under and Over 7 also rolls two dice but has no opponent: you call a total above, below or equal to 7 before the throw, at odds of 2.3 or 5.8. Dominoes, another duel in the catalogue, keeps the one-against-one format but plays out tile by tile, each player laying a matching piece in turn until one hand is empty or nobody can move. Dice settles the whole contest with a single roll from each side: no drawing, no choice of tiles, just two totals set against each other. Its payout stays the same whatever the margin, whereas Under and Over 7 pays more for an exact 7 than for either range.
