Ulster Junior Championship: Gaelic football fixtures before throw-in
Ulster Junior Championship is a group in the Gaelic football section that brings together the fixtures of one Irish club competition. Depending on the name, it is either a county championship, played among the clubs of a single county, or a provincial one, where champions from neighbouring counties face each other.
Reading the Ulster Junior Championship fixture list
Each game in the group fills one block of the list:
Element | Meaning |
|---|---|
Day/month, then the time | the advertised start of the game |
Two club names, one under the other | the upper club is W1, the lower one W2 |
W1 | the first club is ahead when regular time ends |
DRAW | both sides finish regular time on the same points total |
W2 | the second club is ahead at that moment |
Tap a fixture to reach its own page, which carries the 1X2 block and a box for finding a market by name. The time in the list is there for orientation; bets are settled on the moment the game really got under way, as the organiser's official records show (section 9).
Length of play, postponements and late bets

A few site rules apply to every fixture in the group:
length: section 10.44 counts 60 or 70 minutes of play depending on the competition, while any duration displayed on the site is indicative (section 9, point 3);
postponement: a pre-match fixture pushed back by more than 48 hours has its bets voided, though the bookmaker may keep them standing to avoid disputes (section 9, point 8);
late bets: a stake accepted after the real start, outside live betting, is settled at odds of 1 (section 9, point 6).
What comes after Ulster Junior Championship
The Irish club season is built in tiers. A county champion moves up to its province's club championship, and each provincial winner goes through to the national club semi-finals. What a Ulster Junior Championship fixture is worth therefore depends on the tier: a county title opens the door to the province, a provincial title to the All-Ireland stage.
All competitions in this sport are listed under Gaelic Football. Stakes are in dirhams once you register with 1xBet.

Ulster Junior Championship: common questions
How can I tell whether Ulster Junior Championship is a county or a provincial event?
Look at the group name. A province (Connacht, Leinster, Munster or Ulster) paired with the word "Club" marks the provincial stage; a county name, alone or followed by "Senior", points to the local championship.
How many Ulster Junior Championship games can I bet on?
The number in brackets after the group name, in the Gaelic Football list, shows how many fixtures are open at that moment.
What if a Ulster Junior Championship result looks wrong to me?
Settlement can be revised when it rested on a wrong result. A complaint is accepted for ten calendar days after the final whistle, as long as official papers from the organiser cover that result (section 9, point 5).
