Caesar: gladiator, chariot and Colosseum at KA Gaming
KA Gaming drew Caesar on an asymmetric grid: on the left, two reels of two cells; on the right, three reels of four cells; 60 lines in all. The Colosseum serves as the joker, the chariot pulled by white horses as the scatter, and the small four-cell square on the left, named S1 to S4, commands the free spins.
The setting
Marble columns, a gilded pediment and flames on the horizon: the scene is set mid-battle, with a red-plumed helmet to the side and "60 LINES" engraved on the right-hand column. The reels show a gladiator, a patrician lady, a legionary, a scroll pierced by a blade, a laurel, an eagle standard and five gold coins marked from ace to 10.

Three ways to start the free spins
Everything is decided between the chariots on the three right-hand reels and the four cells of the square. Three chariots with a mixed square give 5 spins; the square is then filled with one symbol drawn at random for the whole series, never the chariot or the Colosseum. Three chariots with an already uniform square, Colosseum included, give 20 spins, and the square may get the same treatment. Finally, a uniform square with no chariot at all gives 5 spins during which those four symbols stay stuck.

The payouts
Combinations are read from the first column, on active lines, and each line keeps only its strongest run of symbols. After the gladiator come, level, the patrician lady and the legionary; the scroll and the laurel are worth the same, the standard a little less, and the ace coin beats the other four. The free spins use the lines of the base game, and the i screen draws each of the 60 routes across the five reels, including the two lone cells of reels 1 and 2.
