A group holds only a handful of names, listed under the card title. That keeps the bet alive even when none of them is running for the overall win: one driver simply has to beat the others in the same group.
When qualifying is on offer
Some events also open bets on the qualifying session, settled on the official times from that session. For the fastest driver, times from the third qualifying segment count; with no third segment, the official grid decides. A driver has to take part in the first qualifying segment for bets involving them to stand.
If the race does not go to plan
Race stopped with no official result declared: bets are void, except markets already settled at that point.
Event moved by more than 48 hours from its official start time: all pre-match bets on it are void.
Driver withdrawn before the start: bets on that driver are void.
